Its compact, lightweight design makes it suitable for fulfilment environments of different sizes, while the plug-and-play setup allows operators to start producing inflatable void fill with minimal setup.
The system works with BUBBLE WRAP® Extreme and Extreme Efficiency films to create air pillows that fill empty spaces inside cartons and help minimise product movement during handling and transportation. With production speeds of up to 30 metres per minute, the system supports high-volume packing operations while reducing the need to store bulky pre-inflated packaging materials.
